The structure and principle of aluminum non-stick pans

The main material of an aluminum non-stick pan is aluminum alloy, which features low density, high strength and good thermal conductivity. The surface of the aluminum alloy pot has undergone special treatment to form a dense oxide film, which can effectively prevent the precipitation of aluminum elements. Non-stick coatings are usually made of Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) or ceramic materials, which have excellent chemical stability and non-stick properties to reduce the friction between food and the bottom of the pan and prevent food from sticking to the pan.
